Yes, it is...
Nope not this year sorry
Fun little spot. Food was good, but I think they try too hard to be trendy. The Pork Bellies were very tasty, but you get 3 little slivers on a plate the size of a computer keyboard. The Mac and Cheese was very good. All in all I would go back if I was in the area again.
We went with a family party of seven with two children for a celebration following a ballet recital. We could not have had s nicer time or enjoyed the food any more than we did.Cozy, fun and delicious. Make sure you have dessert. The hot cider and home made ice cream were grand surprizes. We'll be back soon.
I really enjoyed the food and taps here. It's not a huge restaurant, actually I would describe it as cozy and inviting. I could watch the cook prepare my dinner where I was seated at the bar, he knows magic! Our server was fun and capable.
Eclectic, fun and casual all at the same time 🙂
Plenty of vegan and fresh food options, nice beer list, friendly and cozy service
Incredibly friendly owner!! Delicious food. Wonderful to have vegan and vegetarian options. The building and decor are also beautiful.
Always amazing hospitality and great fun and good.
Delicious food and service. Thank you Judy. We will be back again once in Saugerties.
Stopped by for drinks and stayed for dinner. Depending whos bartending is how i would rate the drinks. As far as food menu is small but food was great. If anything else you should at least try it once, you will enjoy yourself.
Interesting drinks and varied menu. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices
Home made everything! From delicious meats to vegan dishes it was all great! We were a party of 10 with a wide variety of dietary restrictions and everyone got something great. I started with the vegan mac and cheese; dairy or not, this was one of the best I've had. Afterwards, I was chatting with either the owner or chef (not sure) and she told me they made all their own pasta! It was a gemelli shape, so I was surprised that this small-ish restaurant had the equipment to do it. I asked if I could see,and she was kind enough to show me. So awesome! Then I had a salad that was absolutely delicious. But nothing compared to the crispy pork belly sandwich. OMG that's good. Two fat slabs of pork belly with tangy, spicy kimchi and sweet hoisen sauce. I devoured it!Will 100% be back soon.
Service was so slow took us 18 mins to get service. They were very nice but then didn’t come back to check on us after food delivery or give us a check and we waited patiently. Vegan Mac n cheese was very bitter as was the iced cream, jerk chicken was very dry, wish I would have went with the burger. It looked so good. The art work and music is amazing so 3 stars it is. Make sure you are prepared to pay as it isn’t 3 star priced. Good beer list as well. Worth a try but make sure you are not in a rush.
I had a wonderful experience at this place. We loved the superb ambience and the menu. The staff were super attentive. I am happy we finally managed to try this restaurant.
Amazing food & music ! The owners are creative, kind & conscious of community. Chef is top notch & the “Hey Jude” dish is as lyrical as the song! A fine & funky hip find In the heart of town! LOVE this place!
Such a cool little place!! The food was absolutely delicious and the beer selection was very good as well. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun and cozy.
Awesome service. Friendly, laid back environment. This place has tons of menu options. It’s new American, so there’s something for everybody. Most of the items on the menu have gluten free options also, including the pasta, which was a pleasant surprise and added bonus. There’s also a lot of house made vegan options. I ordered the vegan Mac with cashew cheese and the tie die vegan cheesecake. Both were awesome.
This is the best restaurant in the hudson valley! I highly recomend it!
Unique atmosphere, friendly people, and great food
Great atmosphere, good food but don't be in a hurry
Funky. Funny. Great good. They take a great deal of pride in their food and service. Wonderful array of beers, ciders and specialty cocktails
Great food, service, and music
Everyone and everything at this restaurant is delightful. The menu is limited but all good. The place has a Cheers vibe to it. Service is friendly and wonderful. Good live music on weekends. Ive never been disappointed.
This was my first time here and it was a great experience, start to finish. Everything from the decor to the local meads and beers make this place stand out.The employees are very friendly and attentive. They have live music here every week too.
Great place great food great drink
We had a great time here. The owner is a lot of fun and the food is great. Had a delicious mushroom soup and short rib. The live music was fun too!
Excellent service, reasonable price, COOL atmosphere!! Got the Bolognese vegan style and it was better than I could have ever thought Bolognese could be. The fresh pasta was fantastic!! Can't wait to come back again
Best vegan burger and appetizers! Love the ambiance and rock music
Great unusual food. Great vibe. Great beer. Great customers. And finally great owners.
Live music eclectic bar with farm to table restaurant. A bit on the pricey side but the quality of the food makes it worth it.
The live music of New Stone Age Hunters was a delight. The hospitality and vibe are beyond warm. The kitchen is creative and meticulous. I loved being here.
Good food and hearty amounts. Burger tasted pretty good though cook didn't know difference between med rare and well done. Supposed to have live music at 8pm. We left at 9 and still no music. Don't let negatives above discourage you from going - overall many more pluses than minuses.
Incredibly awesome staff, great food. The addition of vegan options is a MAJOR plus, relatively quick and nice entertainment. Highly recommend the spot!
very cool place..if you love classic rock and live entertainment. Fun and great food
Great Food, Service & Atmosphere
This is a good night out with friends or afternoon hangout spot. It's atmosphere is casual, eclectic and some might even say funky. The food is earthy, homey but not fast. Both times I came I opted for something truffle oil enhanced. Fresh herbs and good sized portions, with friendly staff and occasionally live music . This restaurant seems essential to the culture of Saugerties.
Great meal in a funky little spot with a fun bartender.
My wife had the mushroom soup and I had the magic mushrooms with their bread, it was awesome. Great throwback atmosphere!
Great place to just stop for a cold one and Bite
The most amazing food I've had in quite some time. Cannot praise the chef enough. Kudos
Slow service. Average food. Great live band!
Some of the most delicious food I have eaten to date and I have eaten at lots of establishments. I highly recommended the magic mushrooms, the Casbah shrimp, the mac and cheese with a most decadent cheese blend (smoked gouda shines through) and the caramel apple crumble.
Love their menu, specifically the wide range of vegan options. I've enjoyed every meal I've had here.
The best food around it was so good vegan options were amazing drinks were on point atmosphere was awesome
It was a horse show weekend in Saugerties so the place was packed with only one waitress that doubled as the bartender. So service was slow. But the food was very tasty and instead of being overwhelmed, the waitress had a sense of humor with that was going on. All in all we would be happy to return. A very comfortable vibe
Great fun and great food!
Awesome service
A pure delight! I had the mushroom soup which was incredible and I highly recommend it. I also had a local kombucha that they call calmbucha. It was pure magic on the first chilly day of fall.
OMG the chef is top notch in this cool corner restaurant. They hung dozens of famous rock and roll photos, mostly from the 60's, seemingly from the Woodstock concert. The highest concentration of memorabilia is around a drum set and small stage for nightly live rock-n-roll. I could almost move to this town for the fabulous food I experienced here. I hope the music is as good. I'll have to come back some night and find out!
Very expensive, but with small portions. Some of the food is very good, and some of it is awful. It's a toss up if you've never eaten here before and aren't familiar with which dishes are good. Aside from the prices and food, the space is too small for what they want to fit there, and the door has no airlock so in the winter half of the restaurant is assailed by freezing cold air every time someone opens the door.Don't order the plain pasta with red sauce or the dumpling appetizer, but do order the Hey Jude pasta, chili fries, and beer samplers. If you go in the warmer months, order the right dishes, and money is no object, this could be a 4 or 5 star restaurant.
Friendly atmosphere creative menue just ok food.
